The Towns of Springerville and Eagar have issued a Stage 2 Fire Restriction Proclamation, effective Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 6:00 a.m., due to extreme fire danger and dry conditions. These restrictions are being implemented to help reduce the risk of wildfires and protect our communities, property, firefighters, and natural resources.Residents and visitors are urged to use extreme caution and comply with all fire restrictions. Even a single spark can ignite a wildfire with devastating consequences.Please do your part to help keep our communities safe. Municipal Property Corporation

The Springerville Municipal Property Corporation consists of three members who assist the Town in financing the acquisition of real and personal property by lease or purchase; and financing improvements, furnishings, and equipment for any real or personal property. The Committee is comprised of employes and/or Councilmembers of the Town.

Meetings:

The Committee shall determine its meeting times, dates, and location and shall comply with the State of Arizona open meeting law.


The Board meets as needed, usually once or twice per year.


All meetings will be held at:
